My job utilizes this service, which does an excellent job, so I decided to contact them for my resident. NOTHING short of amazing, fast and friendly. Will make an appointment for the follow-up treatment. The prices are affordable and the staff is knowledgeable of their service. Will highly recommend them. I thought we had mice or a squirrel in our wall. And I call STL pest that morning. They were so friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and found an opening right for a technician to come out. Joe was the most professional and friendly technician we could have asked for! He didn’t try and sell us a fancy and expensive “service package” like another larger company did before they even checked to see what was causing the problem. He inspected our home thoroughly and gave us a accurate and fair treatment plan and price. He was wonderful with our dog and our little daughter who was interested in everything he was doing. I will ALWAYS use STL pest control for any pest or rodent question or problem I have in the future!! I will also recommend them to all my friends and family!!! Exceptional service! 10/10!
Tyler was great. He was so informative. He was really quick & fast. My 2 and 1 year old were being crazy & it didn’t even phase him. Really appreciated him and his help.
Highly recommend STL Pest Control! They were very responsive and got someone here ASAP after contacting them. They even came back for a second spray free of charge. Brian was nice, professional and very thorough.
Joe and Tyler came to my home to inspect attic for bats and squirrels. They both wore masks and were very professional and pleasant. They also were very knowledgeable about the animals. My attic is not easily accessible, but they got in the attic and inspected all of the attic. Thankfully there was no current activity. Would highly recommend them! Sara S
