Super expensive and not very helpful
like
I had a serious problem with my Saab that my mechanic could not fix. I brought my Saab into Schmelz Country side and it was immediately diagnosed and fix in less than 2 hours with minimal expense. I am very grateful to the friendly and accommodating staff at Saab who helped me get back on the road so quickly!

Brought my Saab 92x here for the airbag recall. Also had them mount/ balance tires I provided and gave it an alignment. I picked it up and paid a ridiculous 300 dollar bill, only to find out that the tires were NOT in balance and both of my tie rod boots were all twisted up and torn!!! On top of that, they changed my oil without asking and used pennzoil. Which is not what I want in my delicate EJ205. I left that place with more problems than before. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the neat video the service tech takes as he's inspecting the under body of the car. Never again will I trust a non-subaru dealership with my Saabaru.
Been thinking about this for a long time now. Took my saab 92x in for airbag recall one or two years ago now. Had to drive all the way from Minot ND. Was waiting outside patiently for work to be completed and then my car came screaming down the street. A tech took it for a joyride. I didn't call the cops or cause a scene cause it had already been a very long day. Very disappointed. Still can feel my stomach turn just thinking about my poor car getting abused right in front of me. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the very stupid mechanic to finish his little joyride. Terrible place. Terrible people. Wish I pressed charges. Countryside Saab, you suck.

Just bought a very cool Fiat 500 special '57 edition from Trevor at Schmeltz Fiat. A very good guy who helped work out a way we could get it without breaking the bank. We both love the new car but most importantly my wife (who is the real owner) is super happy about it. Trevor was great in checking back with us after the purchase and turned a absolutely boring day into a blast! We recommend Treavor and Schmeltz-Countryside.
