We decided to take advantage of the crazy low interest rates and refinance our home. Saved several hundreds and went to 15 year! We have always loved working with First American Bank & Stacy Parks!! Years ago had a bad experience elsewhere and almost didn’t get the home we wanted because of that. Stacy acted quickly for us coming in at the last minute when the other bank had wayyyy more time but left our file on a desk. Stacy def saved the day. We have been with her ever since. We also love banking at First American because they always know us and are so friendly. They get all our jobs done and everyone we refer to them is beyond grateful:)

We wanted to invest in property for retirement and were looking for a land loan, and in going thru the online application process, I accidentally filled it out wrong, and was not approved for the small amount we needed. Stacy Parks called me, and explained why it happened and fixed it. She then explored our existing mortgage situation, and suggested refinancing b/c of low interest rates. We were able to consolidate our new property, our mortgage, cut a year off of our mortgage and pay LESS. Stacy was very instrumental in helping us figure all of that out, and she was so pleasant to work with, she returned my calls quickly, talked to me at night, after hours, anything I needed. Thank you Stacy!! The process was fast, painless, and we are SET!

We recently decided to take advantage of the incredibly low interest rates offered by First American Bank and refinance our home. We have always loved working with First American Bank. Stacy Parks was our refinance person and she made the entire process super fast and easy. Start to finish, there were no problems at all and we are 100% satisfied with everything.
