After I applied got a position, I was invited to come in for an interview. When I got there, they told me that there were no positions open for my qualifications, which they knew about by my resume, which they already had. Why would they ask me to take of work and drive all the way there if there was nothing in my application materials that matched the position?? My interviewer didn't have any idea which job I had applied for anyway. Once she figured it out, she said that it wasn't open. I recently applied for another position, and someone rejected me outright, sending me a terse message about my overqualifications. If she had bothered to talk to me or look me up in their system, she would have found out that, as a career changer, and I have no experience at all in that position. I felt like nobody there really cared about finding a position for me, or even listening to me.

This place has ALWAYS been terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to someone who was desperate for a job. How they're still in business is beyond me. I can definitely see where they would racial profile. They're in the business to make themselves money off the contracts they get from their clients. They could care less about you and helping you find a career. I haven't been to this place in YEARS , but I still feel compelled to let everyone know this place is terrible and to not waste your time when there are so many other options, BETTER options out there as far as staffing agencies go.
