Worst parking department, always struggle to speak with them over the phone. Phone lines busy more then 1 hour.
Applied online for a Blue Badge. Within a couple of hours, received an email confirming my application had been processed and the badge ordered. Fantastic, efficient service - a massive Thankyou to the Council. This will definitely make my life easier.
Literally the worst parking department I have ever dealt with, nobody knows what is going on, nobody wants to deal with you. Denied statements that have been made to me over the phone, thoroughly unhelpful.
Ryan baigent was dealing with my case. Extremely poorly. Awful just generally awful. Never responded no matter how many times the desk messaged as priority. Im just really appalled at how i was treated. Rather save up for another 3 years and go private again. Reallly reallllly bad. Just would never ever reccomend. When i tried to complain about him the managers attitude was discusting too. I ended up involving the mp and then low and behold they had a meeting about my case and refused to house me even though there is and was sufficient evidence to support my case and needs.
