I really wish we didn't go to carpetright as the job they have done is very disappointing. They have left us with a sagging carpet throughout the house. A door that's been cut that short you can fit your hand under and broken stairs unit. We have complained and they have done nothing not even an apology. The store manager at Stafford is rude and thinks he knows best and wont let you speak to get your points over . We have spent alot of money and it's been a waste. I wouldn't recommend carpetright at all!

Good range of carpets and flooring. Not very impressed with customer service, called in on my way home from work to see if my order had arrived. Simply told I would get a phone call when it had. Far too much trouble for them to check whilst I was there, they were not exactly inundated with customers. Needless to say I had a phone call telling me I could collect my order within 10 minutes of getting home.
