USELESS Ebay Collection Point, Boy in shop don't speak English & can't find parcel, answer's phone \hello\, had to ask three times if he was the shop... doesn't understand how to take a message for manager. Have phoned 3 times now to speak with manager but NO return call.. Staffords worst shop.. Crammed, gave boy my phone to get parcel & he dropped it.. shop needs to invest in handheld barcode scanner.. After this parcel is collected I won't be using this place ever again.. No customer service what so ever and a total waste of time.. TO BE AVOIDED !!!!!!!
