Went in to find out if they had a certain pair of earrings, unfortunately they didn't, but the staff were quick to search for other stores which had them. Helpful and Cheerful staff.

Lovely jewellery and lovely staff
Helpful staff. Ordered some wedding rings here and had some trouble with the fit of one. It was sorted and replaced without charge or quibble.
Appalling customer service. Bought a bracelet which broke after only wearing it three times. They refused to refund or replace because they claimed it was customer misuse which it wasn't.
Went in today to query getting a ring resized. Member of staff behind desk at back very abrupt to the point of rude. Really not impressed. Get some customer service training. Went to Ernest Jones instead and was treated completely the opposite.
