Bam Cole

Products and outlay are lovely. Staff however are not warm or approachable. They do not show basic customer/ people skills. Everything seems like you've asked them to move mountains when simply trying to purchase a few items. Customers do not want to hear how busy or understaffed you are. It's the not customers business or interest. Patronising and unfriendly attitude from the middle aged women on the home department. This is aimed at the lower floor staff I have no experience of menswear or Costa staff. This has been enough to put me off revisiting the store - thank you

Fantastic shop, perfect for young mens suits for prom, my advice and recommendations to anybody shopping there, ask for james if you need any help. This young man is amazing. He will go above and beyond to help if he can. 10 out of 10. Xx

Very good next. It's got a all the big sections you want. Kids, home, women and men. Also got a Costa as a bonus which has a lot of seating. One of the better next I've been to and due to size they stock a wide range.
