The store was just as densely laid out as previously and only one till was operational. Although they had what I wanted at a good price I left without purchasing anything because I didn't want to stand in a long queue to pay. I didn't feel safe.

Good selection of sports wear and shoes/trainers at very reasonable prices. Only one person on the checkout left a fair queue so four stars.
Usual sports direct ...have to admit the staff in Staffords store are a lot friendlier than other stores I've been in ...
What an absolute pleasure to visit this store today! A friendly greeting at the door, then assisted and advised by a lovely young man. I had very specific requirements and he immediately knew which trainers would be perfect. Social distancing adhered to and not too long to wait to be served.
