Excellent service. I worked with Jeff Montagna from sales who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

My experience with Bolles Motors was amazing. Jeff Montana was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot of car salesman. I have been researching the ram 1500's for about nine months now and I've been to several dealers and most treated me like a number. All they cared about was whether I was going to buy and if I told them I wasn't sure they really had no interest. When I told Jeff I wasn't sure we sat and talked for about 40 minutes not even about the truck. He ran some numbers for me and called me at home later that day and I told him the numbers were still too high. Jeff and sales manager Ryan Sears both bent over backwards to get me the lowest possible price on a 1500 Laramie. Needless to say three days later I walked or should I say I drove off the lot with a brand new 2020 Laramie 1500. Assistant GM Brian Kentfield went over all the numbers with me and we actually went through all the rebates on screen to see if there were any that we may have missed. My experience with Bolles motors in Stafford was exceptional and they made buying a car which is usually a stressful situation pleasant. If you're looking for a new or used Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep go see Jeff Montana and the crew at Bolles in Stafford. You won't be disappointed.

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle last year with a bumper 2 bumper AND Powertrain warranty. When buying the vehicle, the process was extremely pleasant. The battery went dead about a week after, which they replaced with no hassle. Now, My vehicle has an intermittent stalling issue, as well as a Crank Shaft Position Sensor code. Apparently that is not covered under warranty? Also, they are very eager to ask for 175 per hour for diagnosis, which I explained numerous times was already done at a reputable local dealership. After looking at the vehicle, they told me that they will NOT honor their warranty and tried to give me a bill. On top of all of this, only ONE employee in the whole dealership was wearing a mask! At least the one employee wearing a mask was nice enough to hook his Bluetooth up to my vehicle, so he could call his friends. Needless to say, they will not be getting any money from me ever again. If you insist on buying a Chrysler product, I recommend that you stay FAR away from the Bolles dealerships.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle from Bolles for a fair price. Our salesman Jeff was a pleasure to work with and was courteous, professional, and informative throughout the process.

Went in for an oil change on a friday morning. Everything was smooth and fine. My car had no oil which I was unaware so I put a quart in before my oil change. Saturday am woke up to do errands and found a puddle of oil in my driveway. Called Bolles Saturday about it they told me to come in because they probably didn't tighten the cap enough and they gave me a rental. They had my car towed in monday am and called to tell me it wasnt them and that I must have hit something hard because I was missing bolts and there was a whole (crack). Quoted me 780 for an oil pan bolts and some other little things. They told me they would have my car towed back to my house because i told them i can not afford that. Tuesday was when my car should have been towed home and they called Tuesday evening to tell me they are no longer towing it and that they spoke to the technician and he said it was safe to drive home. (But let me remind you they told me in the beginning it was not safe to drive and thats why they had it towed it to their shop) while waiting for my ride a few were arguing about how come they are towing my car back for free and it was because the guy working with me told me it would not cost me anything. When they called me that evening (today 7/9/19) I said oh so now i can drive it and is this because you guys dont want to pay for it to get towed now, he paused and said yeah. Very unorganized and no empathy for their customers. Yes they gave me a rental for three days but my car never leaked as bad as it did before I brought it to them.
