Had my car in for a major service and mot. I am so pleased with the work they carried out nothing was to much hassle. A special thank you to Lydia Haycock & Steve Hampton for going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. And covid measures that are in place are great felt reassured my car car was in safe hands.

Stafford Audi was great. A fast and responsive sales representative, Lee Smith, had strong communication and let me know whenever something was not 100%. It was unfortunate that he could not come out and demo the vehicle to me, but it was fairly easy to pick up and get going
My Audi Q3 had a problem which need swift attention. I had already booked an mot and service later in February. Audi Stafford accommodated all 3 needs the next working day. The dealership was Covid safe and the staff amazing as usual. Thank you Stafford AUDI from one very happy front line NHS worker
What an absolute bunch of crooks this place is run by. I cannot believe in this day and age that a well respected brand such as Audi are happy for a so called main dealer to be run by a bunch of absolute cowboys. You’d be better off going to any dodgy back street car sales centre as you’ll probably receive a better service and product. I cant believe I’ve had to put one star as that is massively over egging the service I received. I could go on all day but please take my advice and AVOID STAFFORD AUDI AT ALL COSTS.
