I registered at this drs surgery in September - they saw my address then and never raised an issue with it. Then, today when I’m incapacitated by pain (after being made to wait 4 hours for telephone calls in total) I am told that I don’t fall within their district. I was dealt with very little compassion - no humanity. My pain is 10/10 even on pain medication and I was asked to drive in and see someone or use public transport. The absolute absurdity and lack of comprehension of the facts that I had to continually repeat while being in pain has motivated me to give this rating and warn anyone else away. Don’t go here unless you like being spoken to rudely, left unattended and in pain with ridiculous suggestions. I would have given no stars, but they require one for the post. So my real vote is 0/5 stars.

Can only sing the praises of all I have had dealings with at Crown surgery, receptionists nurses, dispensers and doctors. All prepared to give you time to listen. Plenty of carpark area as well....

A very popular and very busy doctor's waiting times for a regular appointment can be 2 weeks plus. however not really the best if you have a mental disorder such as manic depression bipolar disorder normally looks like I'm changing my doctors surgery to somewhere else
