Oasis. Kept clean and a lovely spot. The aviary is a lovely touch but needed more care, hopefully now they have rebuilt it they'll keep it in better shape. Bowling green is always perfectly kept. Just a pleasant place.

Nice park it always has been but now is a bit more open. So you can see all-round the park. It did seem bigger back in the day . but I was a lot smaller back then. The new coffee shop is nice and will be a good attraction on summer days. I will give it a 8/10

Well done refurbishment and as a newcomer to Stafford am making use of the park as it follows the River Sow, an ideal circular walk. Lots of interest especially the new aviary which attracts young and old. Alberts Cafe is a must stop location, which during COVID has separate ordering and collection points (Take-Away or on site covered terrace at the rear) works well and social distancing being observed. Where else can you enjoy a coffee with such a view?
