In 2004, Veterinary X-Ray Supply, Inc. became VXS Imaging, Inc and the company branched out to all private practices including: Medical, Dental, Podiatry, Chiropractic, and of course, still Veterinary. We sell, install, service, and repair digital radiography (DR) systems, CR systems, conventional X-ray systems, PACS systems, Equine systems, DICOM printers, and processors. My office tried unsuccessfully for several weeks to find a company that could conduct an EPE for an x-ray machine that we relocated. The state sent us a violation notice, and called us regularly to inquire about this inspection that we needed. Finally, after several failed attempts, I found VXS Imaging. The associate I spoke to was very friendly and informative, and was, seemingly, sympathetic to the problems that we were having. After our conversation, I was confident that they would expedite the handling of my account. Needless to say, I was totally disappointed when the technician didn't even show up for the initial appointment, and didn't keep his follow-up appointments. They had no respect for our time and schedule. Now, three weeks later, we are STILL waiting on our inspection report. Apparently, they are already too busy, and cannot handle new clients. Find a different company if you can.
