I stayed at Stagecoach Rehabilitation Facility from May 6th to July 24, 2020 The care I received there was excellent, the nurses Babby, Samantha, Anita, Courtney and the Nurse Med Care Assistant Brittany these women were so caring and kind, to the CNA'S Amber, Stacie, Tina, Blanca, Wendy these women were AWESOME in their care for me, I can not say enough kind words for all these women, even the housekeepers were so sweet, the Physical Therapy staff were great giving me the care and attention I needed to get stronger so I could be strong enough to go home and be alright. The food there was great too, the Brisket & Chicken Spaghetti were my favorites but all the meals were excellent, wish I could get some of their recipes, there wasn't a dish I didn't like. Actually it was like a vacation a mini resort type of feel. I'll miss a lot of the staff because they became like family, their Driver April who took me to all my doctors appointments, I can't say enough about that sweet girl too. I'm actually going to miss all these women because they did become my family. If you're needing a Rehabilitation Facility then going to Stagecoach you'll get great care.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I had heard good things about this place from church members. I dont know if it was because of CoVid but there are too many bad things to write. My Mom broke her hip and arm. The main thing is they let my Mom's elbow freeze by not working with it and they only let her walk once a day in the therapy room putting her back in the wheelchair. My Mom used Depends because they only provided diapers so I was bringing them for her but a night aid wanted to put diapers on her because she didnt want to bother with letting her get up to go to the bathroom. And forget about calling them their phones were out of service all the time. If you have a choice to take your loved ones somewhere else do it! I don't know if you could put cameras in there but that might be an option.

Horrible place! Their memory care unit is a joke. They do not have the staff to properly care for your family member or keep them safe. They kicked my grandfather out instead of hiring the appropriate people to care for him. It was an absolute nightmare!! Don’t even waste your time! We are incredibly disappointed. The hospice nurse at this unit appears to be incapable of proper care as well and does not advocate for the patient.

I came to this facility in 2014 when I had a Triple Bypass. The staff was AND is very professional. The rehab program is very good and I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab .

The rehab location seems to be fine for family members who have been there. The memory care is lacking, not recommended. Try Legacy in Fort Worth or another facility you will be better off if you need Memory Care.
