Stained Glass Illusions is the place to go to get the look of a leaded glass window but without the frailty of a bunch of little glass pieces tenuously held together with solder. The proprietor, Ron does all his work on a solid piece of tempered glass with high tech colored films. If the work is an exterior window, then it's possible to integrate it into a insulated glass unit for a thermal barrier. The look when finished is indistinguishable from old school assembled panes and is many times more durable. Ron is a great guy and an amazing artist. His website has hundreds of examples of his work that you can review and help you come up the a solution that is uniquely yours. Ron's design talents are based on years of experience and executed with specialized software. SGI can create windows that just aren't possible with traditional methods. If you are considering art glass, Ron should be your first call or maybe your last after you've talked to those that want lots of money for a very fragile assembly

Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. The owner is extemely unorganized. Had to follow up with him about 6 times to get a response. Had to go through the same song and dance every time I talked to him bc he couldn't remember our prior conversations. Quality of work in his shop looks terrible.
