Helpful staff. Queuing to pay could be clearer, the line for tills starts beside the click and collect and returns counter so when i walked to an empty till the people in the line were very vocal..very confusing

When I visit with my wife in Tow, I tend to get sidelined into the soft furnishings area. I would prefer it if they would move these to the upper Mezzanine level, so I could give her the slip at the stairs, and head straight to the aggregates and ironmongery section, where I can indulge myself thoroughly amongst wet trade consumables.
Very nice experience .they had sanitation areas near exits and entrances and nhs covid 19 tracks nd track qr codes in visible areas of the establishment
Really expensive store. Selling recliner chairs, 44.00 each or 2 for 50.00, we wanted 1, but also this chair not worth 44.00 for one and buying 2 just for the sake of it, what rip off. Loads of garden items on main floor, no prices displayed on 70 percent of items. Badly organised and managed.
