Social Services, housing been absolutely useless in my 10 years of living here

Rubbish collection has been brilliant, even throughout the pandemic. Street lighting and cleaning also five stars. But, Housing, Social Services and Planning, have been absolutely useless in my 8 years of living here.
Council is ok could be better but at least the do something and clean the streets and take then bins on a regular. Better staff are abit clued up and do try and help you.
Useless council, that you have to pay nearly 200 per month for! They are in serious need for some staff changes, please do get someone who actually cares and does their job properly! \u200d️
If they are able to help they will. If not they try to advise where can.
