Our 7yo daughter started her weekly guitar lessons in February this year and will be taking her Grade 1 exam in November. We are so impressed with her progress! Chris is an excellent teacher — incredibly patient (with both child and parent!), helpful and approachable. She knows how to communicate effectively with children and thinks of ways on how to make learning more interesting for them! She is supportive and ready to advise, even outside of our booked sessions. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to come and learn a musical instrument the variety is staggering from Guitar to trumpet to flute to piano to cello to base guitar it just goes on and on. Teachers are very supportive and Im so glad that I took the first step and walked in to the Music academy hub 2 -1/2 years ago. I have never looked back!

I'm an old relic looking to begin Piano and was a little hesitant to get a teacher this late in life. After trawling through every online tuition video, I found I was going nowhere fast and decided I needed a teacher. I tentatively approach The Music Academy Hub expecting to be told I was too old; However this was not the case, the staff are brilliant, very approachable and always ready to help, either in person or online via their website. I took my introductory lesson with Wez, who immediately made me feel at ease, got me sat at the piano right away and had me running through some arpeggios within a few minutes. I have had 2 more lessons since then and love every second of it, I have booked a block of 10 more and cant wait for my next.

Both of my children attend the music academy for drum and guitar lessons, they absolutely love going. Chris and Wes are fantastic teachers they are wonderful with my two, they always make lessons fun and interesting. We attended a singing workshop with Josie, Danny and Mal, it’s was lovely to see all the children getting involved. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for lessons and the support you get outside of the lessons is brilliant too Thank you very much guys

This is a great little shop, I do t know if they still do this but one time I needed some parts that didn't stock, they lady brings out a box full of old scrap parts. She told me to help myself and if there is any thing I need to make a donation to the charity they were supporting at the time.
