I went in and everybody had a smile on their face, i felt very welcomed. The wait was not bad at all and the employees were very fast and proficient! I went to Sam, she did an amazing job. I do not trust many people with my eyebrows, but she made my eyebrows exactly how i wanted and even better!! i loved my experience!! 10/10 recommend :))

For starters, she didn’t check my temperature before having me come in. The woman made five slits across my eyelid and then blamed it on my skin being sensitive. She started panicking because I was bleeding so she decided to put lotion over my wound and then rubbed it across my eyelid, pulling off my wing (eyeliner ). So I had eyeliner , blood, and lotion all over my face. She didn’t clean me up. Says she left hairs that she couldn’t get, and then charged me full price a tip. I’m never going back. I cried for an hour straight after looking at myself
Unprofessional!! Rude and takes up appointments when she doesn’t have skilled people to do it . Best place to burn money and spoil your day

The worst!! I let my eyebrows grow in fully so I can get a good shape once I get them done. Samjhana does my eyesbrow and tells me Im done, once i look in the mirror my reaction was "there completely different. " she laughs, loudly with customers there and says nothing is wrong. First of all I AM THE CUSTOMER and it's how I request my eyebrows not what you feel. Upset i pay for my service and ask for a Manager's nane, she says there is no manager, ask for ownner name and she replies there is no manager. She is still laughing while all of this so I will make sure to post every chance I get since it was funny to ruin someone's face! Do not trust her and your customer service sucks to lie and say therenis no manager or owner, how did you place open by itself? So upset now I have to walk around with messed up eyebrows! Ugh !! Just horrible!
