I had to spend a month here after 2 weeks in the hospital for an infection in my leg. The staff was amazing. The therapist are amazing and show so much care for you as well as the nurses and the nurses aids.

It bothers me I have to even pick one star. My mom ended up going here because it was the only place out of my “rehab choices” that had a bed. Never again will this place be on my list. If you love someone don’t send them here.

My mother was a patient under your care and was visually impaired along with other medical needs. She required a special diet and they adjusted the menu as no other facilities had. From housekeeping, food services, social services, and the nursing staff all provided excellent care. They treated my mother as if she was one of the own with respect. I commend your staff. Quite honestly I am very surprised to read the negative reviews. In my experience, the staff was completely professional, I never wanted for anything. I will be going there again on Saturday for short course of rehab for a hip replacement so that I can get into my home. When the woman next to me went home to hospice, I watched the workers clean her spot. There can’t have possibly been one germ left they were so incredibly thorough. I would never have picked Long Ridge Post Acute Care AGAIN if I thought it were lacking in any way. Good luck and blessings. Deborah

The staff is horrendous and their attitude is completely unacceptable. The staff takes 15 minutes to react/acknowledge the call button. I was there visiting my grandmother today and one of the staff members was incredibly rude to her, and myself. I can get into detail but I’d be here writing for hours. Everything you’d expect when you think of that typical nursing home stereotype. Will be transferring soon. Shut this place down.
