JD knew everything about the truck and was able to help and advise on all the options and accessories. He just understood what I wanted and delivered. His professionalism and attention to detail were exactly what I needed. Well, today was my first and most likely last time going to Minchin for service. I went in for an oil change which was fine and upon checking out was told I needed a new battery among other things. The thing is, I just got a new battery less than 3 months ago, so of course I was skeptical. Immediately after leaving the dealership and only paying for the oil change, I went to AutoZone to check my battery. Turns out my 3 month old battery is just fine! So now I'm left to wonder if Minchin was trying to pull a fast one on me because I'm a young woman or they are just scamming customers for the heck of it.
