Great open-air stop for organic coffee. The bagels (Eric's Bagels) are AMAZING! We walk from downtown to grab a bagel and coffee and sit along the water nearly every weekend.

What a great addition to the neighborhood! Had been hoping someone would take over this space for a long time, and it was worth the wait. This is the perfect business for this space. The people who own & run it couldn't be nicer, and the everything I have ordered has been excellent. Best of luck to PROOF!!

Finally had the chance to try Proof coffee and I loved it! I wish I lived closer to Harbor Point. And the bagels are truly amazing the best I have had in Stamford. Looking forward to trying breakfast sandwiches when they become available!!
I used to go back and forth between the Patisserie and Corbos for coffee... until Proof moved in. The best thing that could have happened in this area in regards to coffee. The staff are friendly and happily explain the type and origin of the bean currently roasted. In addition to great coffee, they have amazing monkey bread and bagels from Eric’s bagels in Stamford. All they need is an awards program or buy 10 get 1 free card, but I’m there most days a week regardless. \u200d️
