Poor customer service. Useless. The manager seems to be proud of their cesspools they call parking garages.

Parked car with valet @ Courtyard Marriott. Car was damaged in two separate spots on two separate nights. Attendants admitted damaging the car, but propark then sent us a letter denying they were responsible refusing to repair the damage. Moral: If you're going to park your car with Propark, take pictures before and after each time, and be prepared to hire a lawyer if you want to avoid the body shop repair bill.
