Went in receptionist had me wait 10 mins then it took me nother 10 to fill out a bunch of forms just to have someone come out and tell me the doc cant see me because its half hour past my appointment ive waited 2 weeks to see someone n i have to reschedule? i will NEVER come here again

If I could give it zero stars I would. The nurse there is extremely rude right from the get go. I had to go 4 times to get a simple TB test then was told I could not be billed for it because they are not one of \those\ establishments. I had to practically bark at the attendant to get in because I would be late for my day job. They don't really care. If you are in a hurry don't go there. I love Stamford Hospital but this place is garbage try to go somewhere else

This place has an incredibly rude front desk. I went earlier today. The woman wouldn’t speak in full sentences, turn to face me/make eye contact while speaking, and the little she did bark in response was apparently to herself (I asked her if she could explain something she said - “not there” - and she said she wasn’t talking to me, the only person there). Not sure what the issue is, but I didn’t do anything to her and yet she made me feel incredibly unwelcome. I cannot imagine what series of bad decisions resulted in putting someone with such a sour disposition in charge of checking in sick people.

I have used this walk in prior and it’s been fine but this time I was extremely unsatisfied. First the girl at reception was very short and on the verge of rude. She told me to sit and wait, which I had no problem with, however I needed to use the ladies room and she repeated to sit down. I said I would not be able to wait, she told the nurse and they were making comments and laughing. I was then allowed in to an equally short and rude nurse. The issue I was there for required a sample, which I gave. The Dr. said I had no evidence of an infection so she would not prescribe an antibiotic- that she would watch and let me know in 24 hrs. I left and since I knew there was an issue went to another dr. No surprise, there was indeed a very obvious infection for which I was prescribed meds. To further complicate matters, the pharmacy called and said I had a second prescription- no explanation or call from the clinic. Turns out a prescription had indeed been called in however it was not an antibiotic, and the pharmacist explained, barely more than an OTC med. Here it is 2 days later and apparently the clinic called this a.m. As another reviewer stated when I called back multiple times there was no answer and I was supposed to leave a message. Although this clinic is close to my home I no longer have trust in the facility/medical advice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back here again. They tell you to call back if you don’t improve; however, they never pickup the phone. Called multiple times over a 3 day span, left a message, never got through or got a call back. Ended up going back in to actually speak to someone and they wanted to charge me another copay to see the doctor again because it had been a week... they never called with my test results and had the nerve to try and charge me a copay after I tried calling and left a message but was never able to speak to someone so I went there. Awful, go somewhere else.

Pretty fast for me. Was a little hesitant because I know the long wait especially at the Tully center. Was in and out within 45 minutes.
