Had a beach pass, they didn’t see my beach pass. Sent them a picture of it when I asked them to dismiss the ticket. They didn’t. Good job Stamford, I paid for my beach pass and you money grubbers still want 80 from me.
What a joke! They made me paid a 25 ticket for a parking fee that I paid not only once but twice. However, mistakenly I used the wrong number of my spot when I entered the info to the machine. I do not live in the area and I'm not too familiar with those meters. I called and provided both receipts to them as a proof, and yet they did not care, especially in this situation where we have to show more compassion for others. Extremely disappointed. I'll never go back to that city again and spend my money there.
