Stamford Physical Therapy is NOT your typical PT center...it far exceeds any others! The individualized attention and being with a highly skilled physical therapist the ENTIRE time, makes the world of difference. I am recovering from three surgeries on my foot and ankle, one which was a full foot reconstruction and the recovery has not been easy, however Sarah's knowledge and understanding of the interconnectedness of the body has helped me tremendously in my recovery. She really takes the time to fully understand what is going on in the whole body, not just the injured area. She is able to suggest small adjustments which helps correct misalignments and minimize pain. She also takes the time to send a detailed at home program to continue to build upon what we discuss via Zoom or in person. I would definitely recommend Sarah and Stamford Physical Therapy!

SPT is great! As a patient during Covid, I felt totally comfortable coming to the clinic in-person for treatment. There are a few individual rooms in the practice, and I've never run into another patient while being treated. Sarah is absolutely wonderful. She is the easiest person to talk to, and makes the whole experience 100% comfortable. It's shocking how quickly she understands and can make little tweaks to your posture in order to correct pain points. Flexible hours to work around 9-5 working schedule. Overall really excellent experience. Would definitely recommend to others.

SPT has set the bar at its highest level with their private rooms, one on one attention and healing practice. Sarah’s calming manner and extensive knowledge immediately put me at ease. I can’t possibly say enough good things about Sarah at Stamford Physical Therapy. I have had many injuries over the past ten years, and I have had a LOT of physical therapy. None of it even comes close to my experience with Sarah at SPT. Each session is a full hour, and her approach is hands on and very individualized. She takes the time to understand what is going on, and then she “works her magic”. The results have been nothing less than amazing. I very highly recommend!!!
