I really enjoyed my visit & Pat was lovely, friendly & made me feel really welcome. I'm not from the area I was visiting with a friend. Growing up with horses & being around stables for over 30 years, I must say that Pat holds one of the cleanest & friendliest I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. If I was to move here I would without a doubt choose Pat. I just wish she also ran a cattery as I'd feel safe leaving my horse and my cat with Pat.

We have been here now since July this year and in our opinion the yard is run very well and professionally with help to hand with everything you may need. With the opportunity of having bedding feeds directly delivered to you. The stables are large and airy and very comfortable for any kind of horse. There is plenty of grazing space making an ideal area for hacking out with fantastic access to the Sussex downs links. We are very happy to be here knowing that our Horse is safe and extremely well cared for when we’re not around.
I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the premises to see a friends horse. The site was very clean and tidy and the people i met very friendly and quirky. Tucked away in the middle of beautiful fields in Sussex this is a little gem of an escape from the normal hassle of daily life with easy road access too. Good to know experienced on site help can be found too.
Went to view as is an old friends place, its a lovely well looked after yard. Owners horses are happy as always. Well run and im gutted i live to far away to move my horses there xx
Horrendous yard. Lady that ‘ runs ‘ it is a bully unless you take her shopping and run errands for her. She expects something for nothing constantly. Horses are unsettled, feed goes missing, hay and bedding goes missing. School isn’t useable - dusty all the time and when you ask for it to be watered you get moaned at, lights aren’t allowed to be used because she can’t afford the bills. Fencing falling down, turn out doesn’t always mean with grass. Liveries are whispered about and owner tries to cause disputes amongst liveries. Owner hides in areas around the yard to spy on conversations. Ridiculous opening/closing hours that don’t apply to everyone. Owner is in your face constantly either whining about her constant money issues, complaint about the actual people that own the yard or how awful other liveries horse are. One star is to much for this yard. You’ve been warned.
