My experience at Bow Cycle North was impeccable. The service was great, all sales representatives were extremely helpful in any and all questions I had regarding there equipment. The new location is very nice, open concept that is very clean and organized. They did an exceptional design layout that does not leave you wondering where anything is. I will most definitely give them my future business.

Stopped by to pick up a battery for my bike. They had all kinds of motorcycles for sale parked in front of the store and it was about 10am mid week. The main door was locked with a sign saying they were closed for an upcoming sale the next day... ok, well I wasn't interested in buying a bike, I just needed a battery. So I went over to the the parts and service door a few yards over to the left. A fellow was just coming out as I was going in. A young lady behind the counter looked up at me and said "I'm going to have to lock that door" and preceded to do just that, telling me they were closed to prepare for a big sale the next day. I asked if I could purchase a battery and she replied "absolutely not", and shuffled me out the door. Not how I would have handled things. It's fine to take a day to prepare for a "big sale", but please consider keeping a section of your parts and service department open for those who've already bought a bike.
Phoned these guys up with some service questions. When the guy on the phone didn't know the answers regarding the cost of some of their services, he put the phone down on the counter to go ask. At which point he had several conversations with different individuals about completely irrelevant topics, then shouted to someone about the services in question, recieved no answer, returned to the phone with an obvious made up figure. Apparently this organization has more than enough business to be bothered with 'trivial' service requests. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
