This company needs to treat their employees better and appreciate the hard work that they do for them. If an employee asks for a little more money don't just hire someone else that's very disrespectful

My changer hoper has failed due to cheap plastic drive gears inside the motor gear drive. This hoper would have lasted for many more years if it weren’t for the tiny plastic drive gears on the inside motor gearbox. The MC200 looks heavy duty and all metal on the outside but this is a very poorly made weak link. I am concerned my new hoper motor mechanism will have the same design flaw. I am disappointed in the construction of this hoper. We rely on this machine to keep our laundromat running. I am surprised it didn’t fail sooner. Of course it is past the warranty period.

These guys make a great product, and they go out of their way to make sure that when you do have an issue, they go above and beyond to solve your problem. Just to be clear, the product I had to send to them had been in heavy service for 11 years with zero issues. Would that everything I bought work that long without need for repair. Thanks Chris.
