We were recommended to Stanford by a surveyor friend and have not been disappointed, They handled the open day and sale of the property very efficiently despite the delay and interruptions caused by Covid. I purchased a property through Stanford Estate Agents after being shown around a lot of property’s by Bradley as I really didn’t know what I wanted as I wasn’t expecting to be moving but eventually he found the perfect house for me. I was invited into branch to speak to their mortgage advisor who was actually the mortgage advisor from my last two mortgages so it was great to see Peter again which made me feel a lot more at ease as this is the first mortgage on my own. I then started talking to Tim the branch manager after my offer had been accepted, Tim was very helpful with answering all my questions and contacting the seller if he couldn’t answer them. Even after I had my completed I found that the oven didn’t have any electrics going to it, Tim contacted the sellers straight away for me to get it sorted. Although I am hopefully never moving again, I do highly recommend Tim and the team for purchasing.
