I cant fault our doctors nurses and receptionists their so helpful. Hanna is amazing a credit to the health center. Thank you for all you do for me and my good lady.

I was recommended some medication by my works doctor for some issues I've been having and was told to ring my GP and get a prescription for it. The Doctor I spoke to multiple times last week kept refusing it and trying to put me on weaker medication. I told them I want to speak to another doctor and they called me today and couldn't even be bothered to check my notes as to why I've asked for the medication. I'm tired of repeating myself as to why I need it as I've told them more than once and I'm tired of being told I can't have medication that will possibly help me. I also requested some scan results that my works doctor recommended I ask for and they wouldn't even get them for me as they kept telling me \its easier if you ring where you had it done\. It just seemed like they couldn't be bothered to request them to look at. I do not think I will be using this GP again and will look elsewhere for help. Never experienced anything like this in the years I've been with Stanley GP until now.

Never can book an appointment online as no apparently no appointments are released for online booking. What's the point of having online service. Instead need to keep ringing for over 20 mins. Got 2 medications prescribed on 2 separate prescription forms so had to pay 18 for them.

About time booking an appointment system was changed, you call in the centre and ask for a non urgent appointment to be told to ring at 8 am ,when I did this on the dot of 8am lines were busy,101 attempts and 20 minutes later got through and was told all non emergency appointment were taken, as luck had it they had an emergency appointment available so we took it, but unfair if someone really needed it.Needs organising better.
