Avoid! Learn from my mistake. I don’t usually give bad feedback and always give opportunity to get mistakes corrected, but this the experience is so bad, I need to warn others. I accepted the quotation from Emanuel Danut (aka Daniel) Gabor and Marius Gabor. Emanuel does most painting work & his elder brother Marius does plastering and brick work. Soon I found out they both are real amateur & their standard of workmanship is far from acceptable, not to mention they talked me into sanding our hardwood floor in the hallway promising good result which turned out to be a major disaster, damaging my solid mahogany floor with deep indentations concave everywhere due to their poor sanding skill, and unsuitable heavy machine that they could not handle. In the end I had to call a hardwood sanding specialist company to get my floor repaired. Daniel did most of the painting job, but he didn’t turn up for several times and didn’t even let me know, the 2 weeks job becomes 3 week. Despite request, he didn’t bring enough dust sheets and didn’t care that all dust went inside our wardrobes! The patio they rebuilt with stone tiles cracked and the tiles on the edge came away within 2 months. I phoned & texted them so many times and asked to repair it, they didn’t respond. The attitude to responsibility is non existence. One of the crew helped himself to our soft drink instead of asking, another time they arrived by taxi and asked me to let their taxi driver to use my cloakroom !!!
