Had a carpet fitted in 2018 there's a manufacturer fault Vipul had failed to replace my carpet this has dragged for two years, two months ago he said come and choose your carpet, he doesn't respond to my messages nor calls. So I've had to take it to consumers rights. Poor services wouldn't do business with him again....I kept my patience thinking he will sort it but two years is too much......

Brilliant choice of carpets. This is the 4th time over 15 years that I have used them. Great fitters. looks good even the kids loved the feel of the new carpet.

Vipul was very helpful. Had a good knowledge of the carpets that we were looking for.

Initial fitting was done well, but a few bumps have now come up in the carpets, unfortunately because I am in south london, despite contacting Vipul a couple of times, I have not heard from him to get it fixed. So I would be careful if you are not in north london.
