I was very happy with the fact that employee took photos of the car before it was parked to document existing condition of it. We also had to pick up our car during the night, due to flight changes, and even with the short notice pick up was very smooth.

This was probably the worst experience I had! Arrived on time at the car park and waited around 30 minutes to be transported to the departures. Whilst handing over my key, the man who took them was very rude as he said 'Should I repeat myself?' when i asked a question. However after picking up my vehicle, my handbrake was so high! I took it to a mechanic and was charged 65 to get it adjusted. If you want to pick up your car in a terrible state then this parking company is best. I'd suggest paying an extra 20-30 to get a more secure parking inside the airport and not handing over your car keys to anyone!

We parked our black Volvo on 25-Aug for 7 days while going on holidays, prompt and timely drop off / taking back from STN airport, that said the car had a big mud spot on a bonnet as if a dog or a cat was jumping on it or someone poured dirty water on the bonnet apparently not from a rain. It was not visible on the spot but when the dirty mud was washed at home we observed chips on the paintwork as well as a scuff on a front bumper though it is small scuff it is really annoying as apparently it happened whilst the car was parked at Maple Parking. In rest customer Service was great.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Everything went smoothly until I got the car back and found that a plastic trim from the bumper was missing! Worth over 200!!! Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures when I dropped the car so they claim it was like this! So, unless you really have to leave the car with them, MAKE PLENTY OF PICTURES!!! Now, I wait for the Police investigation result.
