Awful. Disgraceful. Dreadful little branch ( not airside) staff members unhelpful, lack of assistance by the staff make you feel like small and unwelcome. No please, no thank you, Colleagues having full blown conversations amongst each other in the middle processing transactions. Lack of respect for loyal customers. Shop is untidy cannot find anything. Service is slow. Selection of merchandise is just dumped out . Take it or leave it.

It's ok... Express store... Lots of choice. Stock outside the front of store, presumably ready to restock the shelves. But leaving them there at peak times?

My go to place for food when im around stansted airport for work. Gives the option to eat healthy away from home. Would recommend having a bigger shop as this one is so small that you can't even pass the aisle with two people simultaneously.

Dreadful. Staff unhelpful despite observing me struggling to get my purchases to the til while managing my bags.had to ask the grumpy female assistant twice to remove the security tag on a bottle of wine ( which she did eventually)while she was on the computer in the office, nobody else about to help.unit is tiny, have to wait for each customer to move before reaching any of the products.will never shop there again
