Saw them in 2014 for a basic Lumbar spine MRI. Very friendly staff and the entire process was smooth on their end, and they helped as much as possible when dealing with my insurance (see below FYI). Wait time was minimal, the time from being called back to leaving was around ¼ of the time taken for the same procedure at other facilities I've been to. I waited for less than 5 minutes in the lobby to get a digital copy of my scan on CD. 2 years after the MRI I needed another copy of the CD and report. Told me it would be ready within the hour. I think my request was lost in the shuffle, but again, they took care of it immediately with a wait time of around 10 minutes. Insurance FYI: *NOT the case with my insurance* , a CC PPO plan with blue shield. They inject a horror show into the process when a patient is to undergo any procedure for which they have to pay a somewhat significant amount of money (in their eyes at least). Beware of these covered CA plans with blue shield.

I and my wife made an appointment at 9:30 AM and arrived there after 30 minutes' driving. But they said the technician was not there and the technician would be there around 2 PM. They just recommanded the appoitment on other day.They are extremely irresponsible. Never go there.
