Found this hidden gem searching google for phone screen repair near me...about 2 miles near me...awesome! They were knowledgeable and helpful in finding us the best option. Repairs were stellar and within the estimated time to fix....they also do game consoles tablets, and even apple and laptop computers! This place was terrible as far as providing customer service, self centered employee. I went there because they are a wish.com distributor. When i arrived they had multiple signs saying open now today. And for cell phone repair they were. When i went inside an employee came out asked me what i was there for. I told her i needed to get an order that had come in Saturday, 2 days ago. She bruskly said no wish today. When i called to see if they were open they said yes. I asked her why they didn't say they weren't doing wish.com today when i called? I told her i had to spend 7 to get there and i had to go home with nothing, and come back another day. I said don't you think this is bad customer service? She asked me to leave as an answer....... Do you call this customer service? I don't.
Well done screen repair, but it took an hour longer to finish than expected.

I couldn't log into my Facebook account on my new phone because I didn't remember the password, and Cell Spot solved my problem within 10 minutes!! Friendly environment too..
