There is some really, really shady stuff going on here. Our problems began when our home address was improperly recorded. Not just one mistake, but several. Due to this we never received any notices by mail, and they never tried to reach us by phone or email even though our mail was certainly being returned to them. We went in to see what we could do about a lapse in coverage caused by the lack of communication (we never revived a bill for membership, therefore did not pay it). On that day, we paid the membership fee and for a month of coverage so we did not have a lapse. Upon calling the loan servicer, they did not receive any lapse coverage from KFB. Went in again this morning to find out why, and was literally, I mean LITERALLY laughed out of the office by the petulant children running the place now, as the real agent is on sick leave. It was by far the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced in my life. They claim the insurance month we paid for was not in fact for a lapse but for a month going forward. Just one month. Why would we want that? Obviously that isn't what we agreed to, and they said they can't give a refund either. I come home and see that all of my documents have been completely wiped off my account. Extremely shady. I have filed a report with the department of insurance. These people have no idea what they are doing and are incapable of admitting fault, solving an issue, or even apologizing for what was obviously a huge mistake.
