I give public storage a 1 star, because I'm so frustrated with there not being a clerk on multiple occasions to unlock a cart so that I can move my things from the car to my storage unit. I'm 57 and need the cart to unload my car conveniently and without back pain from carrying heavy items. When the clerk finally shows up in the office after hours at closing and it's too late she reminds me the carts are like for our convenience as if they aren't included in our rent. If I had known that I wouldn't have rented an upstairs unit and maybe even somewhere else.

So far so good, its very easy to get extra room here and they have the best hours and best prices. Sarah was very helpful, Im not going to lie I was stressing out trying to find a good deal. I went to a different location 1st and they found me a better deal just a few minutes down the street. This place is always clean and looks very secure. I got just enough room for all my junk.
The girl @ the front desk name Lupe was very informative about all the good storage spacing and deals,and kindly walked me and explained everything I needed to know...Lupe was very nice,and made me feel very comfortable
Great facility! Centrally located and its safe and secure. Lupe did a great job answering all my question. I know my belongings will be safe and secure here. Two thumbs up!
