I am so grateful to have switched insurance companies to this one, they are a blessing to my family. I have received one credit and one refund. I also renewed my policy and discovered my monthly payment is cheaper WOW. They answer me quickly when I call and are so courteous and polite. Im glad I switched.

I wish I can give this office a 0 stars they are not professional at all \Thuy Mai\ is such a liar saying her email, fax and texting number didnt work like who runs a office where nothing works. She was the worst person to talk to very but I mean very unprofessional I hope no one goes thru the service I had experience with her and to the other guy Ben another bad service they both are very unprofessional. Do not get insurance with unprofessional people.

Extremely slow and expensive. My id card is not updated in a day before expiry, even when the payment mede before. Just want to get rid of this agency
