I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone regarding my account. I moved and couldn’t find my account # to pay my bill, but the automated system doesn’t work. I can’t leave a message or find anyway to reach them, so I’m just waiting for a past due bill so that I can finally access my one time payment. This is nuts.
