Very punctual and polite. A great service from some genuinely nice people. I completely messed up my booking and booked it for the wrong day. The owner (Kevin or keith) had every right to keep the payment as it was an airport collection and had to be pre payed. 2 days later the money was back in my account, a full refund that I was not expecting. Obviously I am happy about the refund but it is the owners attitude and general pleasantness that pushed me to give this review. Friendly, polite and decent.....you don't find much of that nowadays. Thank you ALL at star cabs. I would recommend these guys to anyone. (P.S remember this was my mistake and i wasn't entitled to a refund.... incase you do the same as me....dont just expect it).......Adrian

I've used them three times recently, Great service. The two pre-booked ones were punctual, the other arrived at Queen's hospital within ten minutes of my request. Courteous drivers and they send a map to your phone with a constantly updated position of the car on its way to you.

Absolutely appalled by this company, got told I’d be paying one price and it doubled without notice... if a company wants to keep running a good name for itself, the last thing the need to be doing is doubling payment without notice! Will NEVER use this service again DISGUSTED Customer service is awful... if I’m paying double the price I expect double the service which did not happen at all

Had a brilliant trip with star mini cabs. The driver was extremely helpful and friendly and I arrived at my destination early, with no fuss. Will definitely use again!
