Haven't done much with my horn since college and the staff at Star music repaired one of the valves, re-attached pinky hook, chemically cleaned and greased all the keys. Trumpet feels new again and the staff were really helpful and informative. If I ever need instrument work done they'll be the first people I call!

The customer service was excellent, the man helping me buy my trumpet went to vacation and we still kept communicating with no problems. The owner opened the store on a Sunday morning just so I could purchase a trumpet! Very considerate, friendly people.
