I've never had a better dentist experience. Dr. Chau was very nice and efficient. I needed an emergency appointment for TMJ issues, and after hearing me out, Dr. Chau put my fears at ease and spoke to me like I was a family friend. She gave me the impression that she cared about doing the right thing for my overall health instead of making money off of me. I've had nightmare experiences with other dentists being good salespeople and trying to rack up the bill with unnecessary procedures. Dr. Chau pointed out the root problem and referred me out to a specialist who dealt with my specific issue instead of trying to solve my problem herself. She also gave me the quickest and most painless cleaning in my life! Good people like her deserve to do well. She told me she's only had that office for a year, so y'all should come here and support her!

I went there to take out my wisdom tooth They were very friendly even though I came a bit late the detest was very nice a Chinese lady also was her assistant I was scared a first but she calmed me down when I asked questions they replied and when I was done with the surgery they give me instructions which was very nice no one had ever giving me instructions before love them will definitely go back

Have always been very happy with Dr. Trans but not with front office. However there has been much improvement with front office staff within the past few months. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

Horribly unethical dentist. The X-ray machine was down, yet the dentist was able to diagnose 10 cavities "that needed to be capped." He also claimed I would need a special cleaning they would cost an extra 200. My bill was going to be thousands of dollars. I left knowing full well I was being fleeced. I went to another dentist down the street whom only found 5 cavities (with a working X-ray machine), and she only recommended fillings. Here, my bill was less than 250.
