Best gym around! I have tried other places but what I get with Starboard is by far my greatest experience with a gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and the members of the gym are very welcoming.

When I first started CrossFit I was a little intimated because I've heard about the workouts but joining Starboard CrossFit was one of the best decision I've ever made. The owners and coaches make you feel right at home! I love that they work with you and build you up to where you want to be physically! I would recommend this gym to anyone!!! Also they're veteran owed which was a PLUS for me !!!
