I have a 60’ Azimut Yacht in Naples, FL with a Seakeeper that was giving me an alarm code. I called a local Seakeeper dealer who came out and physically inspected the equipment twice and they told me that I needed to replace the unit. You are talking about replacing an expensive equipment, so I called another dealer, Starboard Yacht Group, for a second opinion. Their technician came to inspect the unit and rapidly discovered that the unit wasn’t plugged in right and that it could be fixed in a matter of minutes. The skilled and friendly technician not only fixed the problem, he inspected all the unit to make sure everything was working perfect! I can’t be happier that I called Starboard Yacht Group! Not only they saved me over 70K, I was greatly impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. I highly recommend them and will continue to request their services for any of my Seakeeper and boat needs!
