This is the branch of the national employment office in Starnberg.. K was pretty satisfied with the way they helped us get the information and also the things done in a procedural manner. Although the receptionist has the \i'll kill you\ looks on her face but the real staff received and helped us well. \No English\ speaking staff here...would really recommend to bring someone to translate for you if you don't speak German. An appointment here is good to have but not necessary. Office kiosks for registering as unemployed, finding financial help, applying for other benefits, finding further development courses etc. can be found here.

Ich war geschockt und zwar positiv wie man hier behandelt wird und zwar zuvorkommend, höflich und einfach menschlich. Wenn man etwas möchte muss man mit seinem Berater reden und er wird es versuchen zu ermöglichen, mir wurde hier wirklich bei meiner Jobsuche sehr geholfen und dafür bin ich dem Arbeitsamtteam dankbar

Man wird wirklich nett und zuvorkommend behandelt. Aber aufgrund mancher interner Abläufe bei der Agentur muss man wirklich viel Geduld und im Falle von Erwerbslosigkeit auch Rücklagen mitbringen sonst kommt man in ernsthafte finanzielle Schwierigkeiten.
