I was searching a used car months ago and there was an offer met our requirements from Audi Starnberg. Our contact person was Mr. Stumpf and he responsed to my query very quickly. Mr. Stumpf is very reliable and friendly and he made the whole process going smoothly. Our questions and concerns were answered professionally and eventually perfect settled. After two weeks’ driving there's a problem happened and then I came back to them, the team helped to solve the problem quickly and till now everything is working well.

This morning I visited the showroom with my two sons because I am very interested in the Audi e-tron. The car was on display and we had a look at it for about 10 minutes. During this time nobody approached us to ask if we needed any help. At that point I decided to approach the receptionist and ask if there was anybody that could provide us with assistance in English, since we have moved to Germany recently and our German is still a bit primitive. The lady at reception asked one of the sales representatives if he could assist us and he reluctantly agreed. Standing behind his desk he started by asking me if we live in Germany, which I thought was a strange first question. When I enquired about the car, his answers were very short, almost rude and all this without moving from behind his desk. He offered me a brochure in German which I refused since I can find all the technical information on the internet. At that point I decided to leave the showroom because I found the behaviour of the sales representative discourteous and very unhelpful. I was given the impression that we were not really welcome.
